Submission Criteria

• The conference's official language is English, All papers and abstracts must be written in English.
• 1.By submitting a manuscript to WREM 2025, authors acknowledge that it has not been previously published or accepted for publication in substantially similar form in any peer-reviewed venue with publicly accessible papers, including journals, conferences, workshops, or archival forums.
  2. Any submission must not have been, or will not be published elsewhere or submitted to another publication before the review notification date of this conference.
  3. Conference organizers are responsible for the technical quality of paper on the basis of reviews obtained. It is sole responsibility of author/s if their paper detects plagiarism even in later stages of quality check. No registration fee will be refunded in any case if your paper is excluded from proceedings by the Publisher.
• Only full papers will be accepted to be published in the conference proceedings, both accepted full papers and abstracts will be invited to give the oral/poster presentation at the conference site.

1. Guide for Abstract Submission (Abstract for presentation Only)

Those who are only interested in attending the conference for presentation (NOT FOR PUBLICATION), please submit your abstract(s) following the guidelines as below: Abstract should be strictly within one A4 page in length apart from the cover letter page and containing at least 200 words;

•Download Template: Abstract should be submitted in doc format (Abstract Template)
•Submission way: Kindly mark "For Oral/Poster Presentation" when submitting the abstract to cfp@water-rem.org.
•Accepted abstract will be included in abstract proceedings which are just for communication purpose only, and will not get published openly. Full and improved paper based on the abstract could be submitted elsewhere for further publication.

2. Guide for Full Paper Submission ( Full Paper for conference proceedings)

• Please ensure that the paper you submitted has not previously been published elsewhere or currently under consideration by another scientific conference;
• Full paper should be submitted in .doc format according to the Template: Microsoft Word Templates or LaTeX2e class file ;
• Full paper of 7-10 pages including figures, tables, and references (10 pages will be in registration fee and additional pages will be charged 50USD/page)

As for the Review process

• As for the Review process, Technical Program Committees will have a Pre-reviewing for the papers at first, performs an initial technical criterial check (paper field, structure of submission, adherence to the submission instructions and English language usage.) with one week.

•Papers that go through Pre-reviewing will be assigned to related at least 2 reviewers in the same field. And Organizing Committee will base on the Review comments to make the final decision.
